Independent law firm, located in Via Manzoni Milan, is seeking a bilingual (English/Italian) Office Manager. An immediate start to fulfill a range of duties, including general administration, assistance with and welcoming clients, management of company bank accounts, invoicing support, journey planning and general overseeing of office matters and maintaining a smooth-running, professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events, and be comfortable in answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. Candidates should possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with the team members and office visitors.

Responsibilities

Welcoming visitors to the office
Answering inbound phone calls
Coordinate and organize office activities, calendars and events
Support in bookkeeping
Oversee office maintenance, repairs and upgrades, as well as stock of office supplies
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Support team members in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
