Empowering, Connecting and Developing Leaders: Global, Feminine and Authentic

This is WIN’s classic network with purpose, passion and pleasure workshop. Together we will explore what it means to take our world, work and lives to the next level, providing a snapshot of what we can do when hundreds of us come together for the Global WINConference, this year in Rome 26-28 September. In the beginning, participants will learn about some amazing women and hear about WIN’s vision and mission in the world. WIN will also listen actively to the needs and dreams of women living and working in Rome.

You will gain insight into how we can step up as leaders integrating feminine values, authenticity and a global mindset. You will learn how to network in the inclusive WIN way, with purpose, passion and pleasure. We believe that networking in such a way and creating a community in which everyone can thrive is an art to master for all interested in creating a thriving future. You will hear the stories of outstanding leaders while the interactive session will also provide you with an opportunity to look at your own journey in order to expand possibilities for yourself and others.

Event Details 

Timing: 18:00-20:30, 24 May 2018

Program: The event will include a Mobilizing Workshop and a discussion focusing on making things happen and mobilizing others, followed by a light aperitif.

Participants: the event is open to all those interested, women and men, including members of women’s networks, entrepreneurs and individuals. Around 40-60 participants will join.
