We are Fall Line Events, a London based company that will be working with several major international stakeholders to provide Ground Transportation services during the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics.
We are looking for people who are able to communicate effectively in both English and Italian to join our team in 2026. We are recruiting for 2 Milan-based roles, Venue Logistics Coordinators & Fleet Captains.
Venue Logistics Coordinators (VLCs) interact directly with guests and staff at Olympic Venues, airports and hotels. They provide the link between the passengers, the vehicles/drivers and the Transportation Office. Enthusiasm and friendliness are the most important attributes of this position. This position suits people who are service orientated, effective communicators and want to have direct interaction with Olympic staffers and guests. Fleet Captains report directly to the Fleet Manager and are responsible for assisting with the delivery, inventory, daily preparation, daily maintenance, collection and return of vehicles and related fleet materials. This position suits people who are experienced drivers, have good computer skills and enjoy working with cars and drivers. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, will be required as per the Olympics schedule. Working hours may be up to 72 hours per week and up to 7 days per week during the Games.
These positions will start in January or February and run through the full Olympic period.
