ENGAGING MEN – Men and Women Working Together for Impact – PWN Milan Networking Event
How can your organization make faster progress in gender balance in the workplace? One crucial element is engaging male leaders and collegues.
PWN Milan believes it is time for a new dialogue and has held specific workshops, addressed to men, to explore challenges and opportunities in fostering gender balance, in organizations and in society.
This event brings men and women together to discuss the learnings from the workshops. We will discuss the ways in which women and men can partner to achieve faster progress and more impact.
We will also share the results of the Men Leaning In to Gender Balance Survey and discuss how these can be used to spread the word on the benefits to engage other men.
We will also hold a panel of women and men to explore:
– What are the key challenges women and men face in progressing their careers, while balancing the workplace with home responsibilities?imp
– How can male allies best support women in the workplace?
– How do we engage more men in the effort to accelerate gender balance?
– What can women do to support male allies to be Agents of Change?
Bring your experience and curiosity, engage your male collegues and friend and join us for this special event!
