Communicating to speak or to persuade are two completely different things.
We are not trained to communicate in order to help others to “buy” our ideas, we are used to tell them what our ideas are… and this makes all the difference:
the difference between “yes” or “no”.
Developing the capability to build rapport, to ask the right questions, to carefully listen to the answers and present our point of view as the perfect solution to an existing problem (or to a new opportunity to catch), is a skill which can be learned.
80% of the solutions to the problems are in the words and in their specific sequences used to describe the problem itself.
The point is: do we know them? When we speak and communicate from our point of view, we make the persuasion process more complicated and difficult.
When we are really interested in presenting ideas aiming at a win-win purpose, the process is smooth and easy. Do we understand what “winning” means for the other person?
This mini workshop will help you to prepare yourself presenting your ideas effectively, and communicating in the best way to eventually get a “yes”. During the session you will have the possibility to prepare, organize and structure your idea, and get ready to present it effectively.
