Milan Symphony Orchestra & Ernst Knam
An accompaniment, step by step, together with the Milan Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Ruben Jais, among the pages of the scores that have made the history of music, to savor its secrets through the tasting of a selection of pralines proposed and illustrated by Ernst Knam.
Thus, on Friday 22 December Ernst Knam and the Milan Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ruben Jais “explain symphonic music with a chocolate”. Thus, the orchestral scores become a source of inspiration for the Chef and Maître Chocolatier Ernst Knam, who, after a “musical-gastronomic” reflection with the Director Ruben Jais, renders the music performed by the Symphony through his art, offering the public a very sweet correspondence between the main characteristics of the symphony and some of its creations designed ad hoc, delicious mouth-watering pralines.
