Public speaking with Milliners Toastmasters

Want to learn to speak confidently and have fun at the same time? Come to our Public Speaking club!
The event will take place at Gran Caffè Visconteo, Piazza del Duomo, MIlano

The ticket is 10 euros and can be paid directly in the location. It includes one drink and finger food, which will be served after the meeting.
Italians call this time “Aperitivo”, during which you will have the great chance to network with international professional people.
It is COMPULSORY to reserve a spot and email the club at ‘milliners.toastmasters@gmail.com ’ and we will respond soon with instructions.

The meeting will be HYBRID. We will meet both in-person and virtually (via ZOOM).
We gather at 7:15 PM, so that we can start the meeting at 7:30 PM.

INFORMATION FOR OUR GUESTS

Our program:

– Prepared speeches: new and experienced members go on stage to entertain, inform or inspire the audience

– Impromptu speeches: Toastmasters and pre-agreed guests are called on stage to think quickly and improvise a mini-speech about a random topic

– Evaluation: members give and receive feedback to improve for the next time.
