Important Notice for US Passport Renewal

Due to the increased rate of exchange of the US dollar against the Euro, effective March 18th, 2015 there will be a change in passport fees paid in local currency.

Fees for Adult Passports
First adult passport or replacement for lost/ stolen/mutilated passport – $135.00 or the Euro equivalent Adult passport renewal – $110.00 or the Euro equivalent

Fees for Children’s Passports (under 16 years old)
$105.00 or the Euro equivalent

Fees for Consular Report of Birth Abroad $ 100.00 or the Euro equivalent

Fees for Additional Visa Pages $ 82.00 or the Euro equivalent

Forms of Payment for Passports in Person

• Cash and Money Orders: either U.S. Dollars or Euros, American Express or U.S. Postal Service money orders payable to the appropriate consular office.
• Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners.

Forms of Payment for Passports by Mail

• Money Orders: American Express or U.S. Postal Service money orders payable to the appropriate consular office in the amount of $ 110.00.
• Cashier’s check (assegno circolare): issued by an Italian bank in the amount of Euro 105.00 made payable to the appropriate consular office. Please do not write on the money order or cashier’s check as this will invalidate the payment.

Personal checks are not accepted. Please do not send cash through the mail.
