HOW DO YOU TRULY LISTEN? Workshop with PWN Milan

Communication is about “expressing yourself” as well as listening to others. Curiously, we spend 55% of our day listening, yet only 2% of people know how to listen.

Often people concentrate on what they want to communicate, overlooking listening patterns and behavior, therefore our interlocuters do not feel “heard”.

And why is it so important to be a good listener? Listening is becoming more than ever a “must” communication skill that helps clarity, connecting to others, making communication authentic in business and personal life.

Some people are naturally gifted listeners and others struggle. Even more, some people think of themselves as being great listeners even though they are not. The good news is that you can train yourself to become a better listener.

In this workshop, we will explore, thanks to Louise Goodman, the patterns and behavior of four main listening habits and how you can work to empower them.

Finally, we will have a test to assess our listening skills. (Inspired by Oscar Trimboli, author of “Deep Listening, Impact Beyond Words)
