Easy Milano and Democrats Abroad Italy invite Americans, partners and family to an all day POT LUCK picnic.

Bring your favorite picnic food to share and throw your burgers/hot dogs or veggie choices on the BBQ prepared for you.

🎉 Games, prizes, best side dish and dessert contest, music, & surprises!

We offer a fantastic location on Lago Maggiore at Meina in a boat club, including soft drinks and cool water, indoor and outdoor tables, grills, bathrooms, changing rooms.  Beach for swimming or wading, bring your own floaties, friendly dogs invited!

Includes optional, one hour boat ride along the scenic coastline past the Campari and Versace villas, Rocca D’Arona Castle and more. First come first serve. Departures at 4 pm and 5 pm. Maximum capacity per boat tour: 28 people, including babies.

How to get to Meina:

1. Train via Arona 1h 39m. Take the train from Milano Centrale to Arona change and then Meina ( our location 800 m from train station $8. check on Trenitalia.)
2. Drive 51 min. Drive from Milan to Meina 43.3 mi. There is free parking at the venue

We recommend you bring your food with an ice pack, swimming suit, towel, hat, suntan lotion, ball, frisbee….
