The Hub Scalo Milano Conference Center
Three main areas make up the conference area; The Foyer, the Glassroom and the Auditorium.
The Foyer
An open space of 170 Sq m, styled and decorated with Calligaris furnishings, is the perfect location to host small, informal events, a temporary shop or to use as the greeting and welcoming area for larger events.
In addition to the Foyer, the external plaza in front of the Hub is available for large scale displays. It has been used for automotive displays, furniture and design tradeshow presentations during Milan Design Week (Il Salone del Mobile), as well as for art and cultural exhibitions.
The Glassroom
An elegant meeting room of 35 Sq m which can host up to 12 participants. Ideal for pre-event planning, private meetings, brain storming sessions or boardroom hearings.
The Auditorium
The most versatile of the spaces, the 220 Sq m auditorium can seat up to 200 guests. There is a step level stage with state-of-the-art digital audio-visual equipment and a customizable digital podium.
The Hub Auditorium can be used as a classic conference center or transformed into broadcast studio, a fashion runway or a contemporary Gala dining hall for corporate parties, charity events, award dinners or ceremonies.

Behind the Scenes Management Made Easy
There are also a Digital Control Center, Storage Room and Catering Kitchen to facilitate behind-the-scenes organization.
Digital Control Center
Record or broadcast your event with the fully equipped on-site audio-visual system that can turn your live event into a hybrid event. The latest generation of monitors, LED displays and audio equipment are provided by The Hub.
The Hub design studio will help with the personalization of the external and internal digital billboards. Although your event may be private, the Scalo Milano center has up to 65,000 shoppers and visitors per week, an excellent opportunity to make your brand stand out.
Storage Room
A large storage room and back entrance make logistics and planning simple. A private vehicle entrance for loading and unloading are found at the back of the auditorium and the space can be used as a staff room, deposit area or behind the scenes preparation room.
Catering Kitchen
For events which require food and beverage service, there is a large work area specially designed for catering preparation. Catering can be arranged externally or with the inclusive Hub services. Tables and chairs are available on-site as well.
How to Book The HUB Scalo Milano Conference Center
The venue can be rented for half day or full day events. If you have a small event you can rent just The Foyer or for larger events the entire structure; the Foyer and Auditorium.
Host a seminar and training session in the morning and later an early evening aperitivo or dinner event. Your guests can stretch their legs and shop at the Scalo Milano Outlet mall or get a snack at the food court while the venue is being transformed into an elegant party space.
