Walk The Talk “Shifting from East to West: the new competitive scenario for Fashion & Luxury

 

The Industry of Fashion & Luxury (F&L) is witnessing a progressive shift of the center of gravity towards
West.
The two-year pandemic, the supply chain bottlenecks and, lastly, the strong geopolitical tensions remain
progressively leading the players in the sector to rethink the geography of their distribution channels.
After years of strong centrality of China, the United States has become the driving area for the industry, waiting to
a full recovery and reopening of the Dragon.
What does this shift imply for the main players in the sector?
With this change what challenges and opportunities is this change of axis bringing with it in the medium term?
We will talk about it in detail in the next and final meeting of the Walk the Talk series, hosted at the headquarters of
